EXPERIENCE

President of Dave Hohman Associates, Inc. in Winter Haven, Florida. Over twenty-nine(29) years appraising and analyzing real property interests. Reviewed and appraised properties acquired by right of eminent domain for the FDOT's I-595 Port Everglades Expressway and other projects in Florida. All appraisals and reviews met the appraisal standards of the Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, and the Uniform Appraisal Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Consulted with fee appraisers to ensure acceptable reports. Prepared cost estimates for proposed real estate acquisitions. Appraised various types of properties in Pasco, Lee, Hernando, Okeechobee, Hillsborough, Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Previous experience includes appraisal review for the Kansas Department of Transportation, appraisal of properties acquired for eminent domain, the gathering and analysis of data to obtain market value, studies to obtain lessor/lessee interests, consultation to fee and staff attorneys, and the preparation of reports meeting Federal Highway Administration and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.
