Vice President of Dave Hohman Associates, Inc. in Winter Haven, Florida. Over eighteen (18) years appraising and analyzing real property interests. Appraised properties acquired by right of eminent domain for the Florida Department of Transportation and the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Prepared right of way cost estimates for proposed real estate acquisitions in South Florida. Appraised residential, commercial and industrial properties in Broward, Dade, and Polk Counties. Other clients include Broward County, the City of Fort Lauderdale, Polk County, South Florida Water Management District, and Florida Power and Light Company. Residential appraisals clients include Lakeland Regional Mortgage, 1st Choice Mortgage Group, MidFlorida Federal Credit Union and SouthTrust Mortgage Corp.
