Insurable Value

Dave Hohman Associates, Inc. provides Insurable Value estimates to the Lakeland/Winter Haven area for condominium associations, single family residential homeowners and investors.  Citizens Insurance, which is operated by the State of Florida as the insurer of last resort, requires that insurable value estimates be prepared annually.  We can provides those estimates. 

What is Insurable Value?  It can defined in the following manner.

The total value of specific property to be covered by insurance, which is based on a property valuation method (e.g., actual cash value, replacement cost, functional replacement cost) recognized by insurance underwriters.
